1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by Entre Luz y Sombra (ELyS), based in Marbella, Spain.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be non-residents of Spain and intend to visit Marbella between July 2025 and 7 January 2026. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @id.elys and all listed campaign partners on Instagram

• Like and save the official giveaway post

• Tag two friends they’d travel with to Marbella

• (Optional) Share the post to their Instagram story

• Submit their full name and email address via the official giveaway landing page

Incomplete entries or failure to meet all criteria will result in disqualification.

4. Giveaway Duration

Entries open on 2nd July 2025 and close on 22nd July 2025 at 23:59 CET.

Winners will be selected and notified by 29 July 2025.

5. Prize Structure

Four individual winners will be selected at random to each receive one of the following

experiences:

• A private photoshoot with Anastasia Marbel Photography

• A picnic for two by Picnic Marbella (beach or mountain setting)

• A €100 voucher with Beauty By B

• Three private beach training sessions with Peacock Performance

6. Prize Redemption

All prizes must be redeemed during the winner’s visit to Marbella. The latest redemption date is 7 January 2026.

Winners will receive prize-specific instructions via email. Redemption conditions (such as booking windows, cancellation policy, or location requirements) will be outlined individually upon notification. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. ELyS will contact winners via the email address provided. If a selected winner does not respond within 5 calendar days, a new winner will be drawn.

8. Data Use & Privacy

By entering, participants consent to receive email communications from ELyS. This may include curated travel content, exclusive offers, and future campaign announcements. Your personal data will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties outside the scope of this campaign collaboration.

9. Rights Reserved

ELyS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and to cancel or suspend the giveaway in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
